How Railway job promise duped many over 10 yrs

A person posing as a doctor walking around the corridors of Delhi’s Northern Central Railway Hospital is greeted by a fake job agent and escorts a railway job applicant to an isolated spot to take blood samples. “We will do the rest,” the candidate is told.
