Techie 'pays' Rs 92,466 for a nail polish bottle

A 25-year-old software engineer in Pune, who had purchased a bottle of nail polish for Rs 388 from an e-commerce website, ended up losing Rs 92,446 to cybercrooks when she called the customer care number to enquire about the delay in delivery. "The woman claimed that she had not shared any details of her bank accounts. Our investigation is on," police said.
