BYOB is bring your own blanket for Railways

Cancellation of railway tickets has increased by nearly 13% due to the coronavirus scare even as different zones of the state-run transporter have either announced total withdrawal of blankets and curtains in AC coaches or have decided to provide blankets only on demand. Air conditioning is set at 25°C so that passengers do not require blankets.
