Visitors at Puri temple to fill forms on health condition

Against the backdrop of the novel coronavirus crisis, the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration in Puri on Sunday announced that all devotees would have to fill self-declaration forms on their health before being allowed inside the shrine. The rule will be implemented from either Monday or Tuesday.
