India opens bridge in Arunachal Pradesh setting stage for China face-off

India has opened a new all-weather bridge, which can take 40 tons of weight, in Arunachal Pradesh to enable faster movement of troops and artillery. The new bridge may become another potential irritant in relations between India and China.
