Why 100 Covid patients in Gurugram went ‘missing’

A man walks into a hotel, folder in hand, and tells the receptionist he has Covid-19. His scooter is parked outside — that’s how he got here. Not in an ambulance. After a few minutes and a quick glance through the Covid test report, he is shown the way to his room.
