Congress’s Rahul Gandhi on Friday wrote to PM Narendra Modi alleging “vaccine starvation” in the nation and asked for immediate ban on export of vaccines, prompting Union minister Ravi Shankar Prasad to hit out, claiming the shortage in Congress-governed states was not of vaccines but of commitment.
