The outlawed United Liberation Front of Asom-Independent (Ulfa (I)) abducted three personnel of ONGC from one its oil fields at Lakuwa in Assam's Charaideo district early morning on Wednesday. The abducted persons are Mohini Mohan Gogoi, Alakesh Saikia and Ritul Saikia.
