At 58,419, India reports lowest daily rise in Covid cases in nearly 3 months

The daily Covid count in India remained below 1 lakh for thirteenth day in a row. At 58,419, the country reported the lowest daily rise in Covid cases in nearly three months, pushing the total tally to 29,881,965, according to data updated by the Union health ministry at 9am. The country reported 1,576 new deaths in last 24 hours, taking the total death toll to 3,86,713.
