Whether or not India recognises Taliban, govt should have opened dialogue with Taliban: Asaduddin Owaisi

India should have opened dialogue with the Taliban before it had full control of Afghanistan, said All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) Chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Monday.
