New governor, new chapter in Bengal

The CM-governor relationship in Bengal, at least right now, is not keeping to the usual template of acrimony that marks such relationships in many states that don’t have BJP in office. Governor CV Ananda Bose lauded CM Mamata Banerjee Monday for her political acumen as well as her literary pursuits after the latter received the DLitt from St Xavier’s University vice chancellor Father Felix Raj.
