Wayanad MP Rahul Gandhi had lost his membership of the Lok Sabha on March 24 after being convicted in the Modi surname remark case by a Surat court. Rajni Patil was suspended from Rajya Sabha for filming the proceedings of the House. Rahul's disqualification was revoked after the Supreme Court stayed his conviction on August 4.
