Tribal outfit’s call to skip work paralyses offices in Manipur dist

Govt offices in Manipur's Churachandpur district had low attendance due to ITLF's appeal. A head constable was suspended after a viral video. A mob attacked the DC and SP office resulting in casualties. Work came to a standstill in public works, fishery, agriculture, and forest departments.
