UN chief condemns Pahalgam attack, offers help to ease India-Pak tensions

Following the deadly terror attack in Pahalgam, UN secretary-general Antonio Guterres on Monday addressed the escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, condemning the attack and offering UN assistance to restore peace. He emphasised that a military solution is not viable and expressed concern over the strained relationship, urging de-escalation and diplomacy.
