Washington couple spent $50m on Lake Washington retreat; now asks $71m

Dwayne and Terese Clark are selling their Lake Washington estate for seventy-one million dollars. This waterfront compound features two Mediterranean-style residences on two point three acres. The property includes a main house and a separate wellness retreat with pools. They are relocating to Arizona after investing fifty million dollars into the homes. The sale could set a new record for Pacific Northwest residential real estate.
